Mindful Healing - Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Anusha

  • Would you like some peace and relaxation?

  • What about some de-toxification, metabolic stimulation and stress relief while you’re relaxing?

  • Add to that, healing of virtually all known illnesses, injuries, pain relief AND stimulation of your body’s own immune system to continue the job following your session.

As I have moved on on my understanding, I feel that Reiki and Anusha are not at all mystical, its just a way of connecting to the part of us that knows what to do! Consider for a moment the Placebo Effect. There is a great Horizon programme on the subject and book by Dr David Hamilton which have me convinced that we can "think" ourselves well. We know that sugar pills do not in and of themselves have healing qualities, so what is it that heals us? Part of our work together will be finding that part of you that can make the change and inviting it to do just that.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Anusha helps with:

  • Eating disorders
  • Skin breakouts
  • Feeling down and depressed
  • Pain and illnesses
  • Breaking bad habits
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Feeling vibrant, happy and abundant
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Past Trauma
  • Feeling Stuck
  • Addictions

What to expect from a healing session

A healing session takes around 90 minutes and includes time at the beginning for you to make yourself comfortable.

We’ll have some (optional) soothing, tranquil and non-invasive music in the background.

I’ll also do a brief meditation to send you off into a beautiful relaxed state, where you can become present with the part of you that needs attention.

You are comfortably seated and conscious throughout.

The atmosphere is ambient and calm.

You may choose to close your eyes or not.
